Lovely elderflower syrup

This is a great addition to a spritz, for the moments when you don't have Saint Germaine on hand! Not too sweet, just perfect elderflower flavor.

Excellent for Gin and Tonics

Has a great taste, but the best thing besides that is the fact that it is an excellent replacement for tonic water in a gin and tonic. The sugar content is much less(8G vs 28G), so added to club soda it makes a great gin and tonic. Even tastes better than tonic water too. The standard tonic syrup is also excellent.
