For the prices, variety of sizes, and prompt shipping; these glass eyes are a great value. However the image of the eye is printed on paper and attached to the back of the eye-shaped piece of glass. These are NOT the (triple the price) kiln created glass eyes where the image of the eye is solid colored glass. That being said- for outdoor use the paper side (back side) of the eye will have to be made water/weather proof. I will buy more glass eyes from the maker. She has created a variety of eyes in a very wide range of sizes. I am pleased with my purchases.
