PINZANO Milan Pinched Straw (7609)

I want to ask Penner’s if they returned the Pinzano Milan-Dark Brown after they received the Pinzano Natural 73/8. The reason I'm asking is because I received a telephone call from Penner’s several weeks ago asking for clarification of my credit card number to ship me the exchange I requested regarding the request to exchange my Natural to Dark Brown Pinzano. I've yet to receive anything as of yet ?

Very impressed when I received my Pinzano from Penners in San Antonio. The hat's construction is awesome. The fit is precise ! Very well made by an Artist ! I will definitely order different colors to add to my collection. Highly recommend this classic hat !
