Product seems to work well and keeps spa level balanced. This is the product that came with the spa so we reordered. Since we have not had spa very long and have not tried other products, there is nothing to compare to. Shipping was efficient, pricing competitive and no problems regarding order.

Hard to believe it was so difficult to find Amerse spa chemicals on line, but CNY had them. Good price, got them within the week. Very happy.
