BetterBack

This posture corrector is a clever design. The straps are super easy to adjust. I can get a snug fit without any pinching or discomfort. The foam padding is also comfortable, doesn't press into my back or hurt my knees at all. It really helps keeping my back straight with just the right amount of tension, not too tight, but enough to remind me to sit properly. I've been using it for short sessions throughout the day and my posture has definitely improved. So far, I like it.

Purchased for my Mom, who at 94 remains very active, however, chronic back pain has become complicated to treat and limiting her quality of life at times. She loves ‘BetterBack’ started off 15mins per day to assure it would not create discomfort and now, she uses it through out the day to relieve pressure and relax her back for a bit, she’s very pleased. The betterback is a cool, casual tool to fix posture while sitting, but I think the straps could be more secure or that the product could have straps that fix to the chair instead.
