cute but gigantic
I ordered these a couple years ago in seersucker and they're the perfect short, but the new ones are huge, easily a full size larger than the ones I own from years prior. The 3" length is great but the waist in 00 was so big I couldn't wear it without a belt as it would fall off. I have a 24in waist so this should have fit fine. I ordered 2 colors and both were too big.
