Long Time Customer - Where is the customer service?

I purchase this belt but was too small. I tried to exchange it online but it said it was out of stock. I then received a "Still Looking" email asking me if I want the belt. The link showed my size in stock but not when I tried again for an exchange. I called the toll free number and was put on hold for a few minutes and then told to send an email. Three days later and no response to my email! I tried again today and same result. I am a long time customer and really like the products, but a quick way for me to start looking elsewhere is poor customer service!
