Dear raingearpro.
I purchased the ultimate rain pants in november. I only used them once on a rainy day. I wear chainsaw pants all summer long. I build bike trails for a living from april to end of november. 70% of my time sitting in a mini excavator, 20% chainsaw work and 10% ATV time to get to the worksite.
I love my Pfanner gladiator pants. November in the Laurentians north of Montreal is very cold and wet. I decided to get your waterproof pants.
I wanted to buy a canadian product. Your marketting is effective and your reviews are good. I now look for quality first, price second.
So, here are my first impressions, straigth from 1st impression and first real use.
No belt loops; I wear an old bike tube as a belt, trimmed narrow the have the desired tension. I had to use suspender. Not my favorite. My Pfanner have belt loops.
No side pockets; I like to put my keys in side pockets, when I sit down, It does not pinch my waist. I understant that side pockets may hinder waterproofness. Glued pockets maybe.
The bottow of the pants seemed a bit short. I had to walk in a wet snowy trail early december and had to pull the pants down to prevent wet snow from entering my boots.
That is about it. They kept me dry. The primary purpose is there.
Still satisfied of your product.

Wish the pants had more pockets and larger pockets. Very limited pocket wise.
Otherwise they seem like the will be great!

I probably should’ve ordered them one size larger than I did which is my fault. They’re a touch tight in the crotch for my liking however when you guys state waterproof you aren’t kidding! They’re winter lined pair I bought as well is going to be an inferno to wear! It’ll have to be dang cold for me to break those bad boys out! Great quality materials!
