We’ve used two ways, sashimi, and seared
We’ve used this two ways, sashimi, and we have steered it with some sesame seeds, and both are delicious. We wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again.

Tuna is tuna, right? “Sushi Grade” is all that matters? GUESS AGAIN BUCKOS 🍣🐟
This is the best, darkest, most flavorful and finely-textured tuna I’ve ever eaten, not just at home but even compared to the sushi bar. The difference between actual FRESH raw tuna and previously frozen tuna is impossible to overstate. Accept no substitutes!

Bought the Tuna intending to have it immediately as sashimi. Unfortunately, plans changed so we froze it. A week and a half later I pulled it from the freezer, thawed it, seared it and had delicious tuna Tataki. It tasted like it was just off the dock! Always, great fish at Sven's.
