Macallan Scotch Whiskey Truffles

The chocolates were a gift fir my son-in-law, who really likes Macallan whiskey. He said they were the best liquor chocolates he ever had -- a delicate blend, rather than a liquid center.

We bought a lot of things this time, Macallan, Peanut Butter, chocolate matzo and several chocolate bars, we likely won't get through our treasure trove for a few weeks ;) They are all going down a treat currently!
