Great service and product

Game Room Shop staff were great in supporting our purchase. They were very responsive to questions and accommodating when the table arrived with some damage. I would highly recommend purchasing from Game Room and will do again in the future.

Could not get the delivery correct.

Super on making the order. Quick, efficient, and no problems. However, I put in the notes I would be in Alaska when I purchased the tables the I would need the delivery to be after Sept 3rd. After getting a voicemail that they were trying to deliver On Aug 30, I called 3 different times and spoke to 3 different people reminding them I was in Alaska and would not be back until the 3rd and they all apologized and said okay they would put it in the notes. Next day, the 31st of AUGUST, I get a call from a driver saying he was having trouble getting onto our military base to deliver the tables. Of course, I was in Alaska. I had to call multiple active duty members and base security to sponsor him to my building to get it dropped off which the service members were able to drop what they were doing to do this. HUGE INCONVENIENCE and big problem due to not having the drivers information to the base, etc. I’m sure the tables are great, but please please work on communication.
