This is my absolute favorite. Nothing else compares in flavor and consistency. Anytime I’m cooking for a large group or just the family. This is my go to beef rub. I did 42 pounds of prime rib recently for 105 people. I seasoned it all with Caribeque Big & Bold Beef Rub. The compliments I received on the flavor is exactly why I always have a two pound bag in my cabinet.
