The item was said to be in stock but was Not. Item had to be produced cured cut etc before putting in batch to ship out to us. Not as claimed online that item was “instock” and would be received within 3-5 days 9 days later we received it Not high detail Not a mouse pad like material Claimed to be dry erase compatible and absolutely is Not Came wrinkled Did Not come with travel case Our entire gaming group is absolutely let down and all the excitement about ordering all the mats for all our games and different world types etc is completely ruined. We will have to go with another company that will have what we thought we were buying here. Additionally we find that the return policy claims there’s a restocking fee of 15%! Thats outrageous at this point! and Literally told in email that they Do Not have Stock but produce them as orders come in. So why in the hell are we charged a restocking fee for something you don’t keep stock of?
