I am a lifeguard who comes into situations where rescue breathes are given on a some what daily occurrence. It is much easier to carry a Pocket BVM. I also like using a BVM just because they're is a lower chance for spread of any kind of disease good or bad, where as a one way valve with a pocket mask or a small filter cant do much. Would recommend getting. Size of a large palm. and a little on the thicker side.
