Hard to give a review on such items until they have been used in a field situation. Ordering and delivery went smooth.

It’s the same bandage I was introduced to when I served in the US Army after they revamped the Combat Life Saver program. I (thankfully) never had to use it outside of training settings but given that the Israeli army designed it I’m pretty sure it’s effective in real world environments. I’m currently building a trauma kit for my home. The world is looking a bit crazy right now and I’d have one and not need it than need it and not have it. These bandages (including the 6 inch) are the gold standard when it comes to trauma dressings.
