Their team reached out to me to make sure everything was received and there was an issue but a 2nd package came later, which was a little confusing; however, their team kept in contact with me and were very apologetic for the confusion. Even after I emailed them back that I had received everything I had another message from them thanking me for the correspondence. They were very quick to answer and extremely professional! I would highly recommend ordering! The material of the tanks I purchased is very nice and soft! Seems high quality!
