Poor customer service

We also purchased horseradish sauce. I specifically asked if it had to be refrigerated because we had to transport it home unrefrigerated. The sales clerk said it was ok until it was opened. Upon preparing to pack it I noticed it had leaked. It was sealed and had not been opened. The store refused to replace it because it had been 2 weeks and I hadn’t kept it refrigerated. I was told I didn’t have to refrigerate it until it was opened. The store didn’t offer to compensate me in any way. I’ve always loved the products I’ve purchased here but I’m Not very impressed with this type of customer service. I spent over 100. 00 dollars on this particular visit. Don’t plan to purchase from this company again.
