doesn't work properly

This USB stick looks great with the keyboard on one side and swirly music symbols on the other, but as far being a usable device, it isn't. I bought it so I could load it up with music files to play in my car. It took AGES to transfer files, sometimes up to 30 minutes for 100MB. Then when I put it in my car most of the files won't play and some of them didn't transfer at all. I'll be seeking a refund.
