Ordering is quick and easy...fast shipping and I even got a quick e-mail confirming my order from a real person along with a follow up e-mail making sure everything in my order was right and I was happy. You will be happy with their product, I was concerned that they weren't sticking very good to my newly refurbished leather. But with in hours of putting them on. Te heat from a small chimney fire with extension heated them up just perfectly. Think shipping was a bit much, but it did come in a well sealed envelope to protect the item. Don't know why I ordered 9... but I did. Will probably order again and highly recommended
