Creates a better seal over vent than if it was used without. Still too big for my vehicle though (Toyota Corolla). Noggle not usable at all on Toyota RAV4 vents with or without this piece

The length is too long to provide enough power for cooling. Because I threw the box away, I was ineligible for a refund, so that was money wasted. I purchased this based on many high ratings but then noticed too late how many other people also have commented on the Noggle’s ineffectiveness. Great idea, but the design itself is flawed for any chance of real cooling. I’d love to better understand how there are so many high reviews.
