Patagonia Foot Tractor Wading Boots - Felt

Excellent product. Worth the added expense.

Our guide told us we were slipping bc of the rubber boots we had. He was wearing and recommended Patagonia tractor felt boots. We got them and wore them the following week. Amazing difference! Highly confident when walking on slick surfaces. Yes, they’re pricey. And some of that is likely markup for their donations to their own foundation. But that aside, they seem extremely well made, are very comfortably on day one, and worth the premium in our opinion. Plus Madison River had a great sale price which helped.

Best Boots on the Market

I haven't found a boot that compares. These are comfortable and and tough. You do not need to order 1-1.5 sizes larger than your dry boot size. I wear a size 9.5 dry boot. These wading boots in size 10 fit perfectly with thin to thick socks.

Aweome wading boots

I've owned the rubber sole version for a few seasons and like them a lot. I decided to pull the trigger for the felt soles for the waters I wade that tend to be a bit "greasier". The fact that the Patagonia's are made in the USA sealed the deal (both times).
