New perch for my spoiled Amazon

It was recommended that I try this perch for my girl. I have it setup outside of her cage so she can get used to seeing it. So far she has climbed on it without issue and when I put her on it she looks supported and her nails touch perfectly. I did have to ask them the correct way to place the perch and I got emailed back really quick. I also happened to have another issue with the perch but it was rectified before I even realized they replied to my email. Their products and customer support team responsiveness make this a great company to purchase from.
