Budgie loves it, but too short for tail

Cthulhu loves perching on this, its great diameter for their feet. And yet he always wants to turn with his tail to the cage wall and there isn't enough clearance for a budgies tail. Would love to see a perch this diameter with double the length. In the mean time I ended up ordering a size small for them as well, but still would love a longer perch of this size.

My 2 budgies take turns perching .They seem to like it and feel comfortable on it. I intend to order the double length in near future.

X-Small Perch for Budgie

I bought the X-Small Patented Safety Perch for my budgie. She had broken her tibia last year, and her foot/leg have never been the same after her accident. I find her sitting on this perch all throughout the day, so I imagine she finds it's very comfortable and supportive! I also purchased a few other perches to help strengthen her foot muscles, and keep her nails trim. Everything is really well-made and I highly recommend these perches.
