2013-18 Toyota Rav4 Tow Hook License Plate Mount Bracket

The quality of materials is very good and the design is sleek and minimal and shipping was prompt. However I ran into a small issue with the tow hook-rod not quite fitting into the vehicles tow-hook receiver threads. Customer service was very responsive and sent a replacement rod quickly. When that rod didn't thread-in either, the customer service rep offered to look at the issue in person at the warehouse or issue a refund. I opted to go to the warehouse and we were able to find a solution that worked! Sunny Chiang is an excellent customer service representative and took the time and effort to find out what the issue was. The vehicle is a 2018 Rav4 Hybrid and while the L107 tow-hook rod provided was the correct diameter and thread spacing, the head of the rod was a little too wide and would not allow the rod to thread-in. Sunny brought out two more rods and the L068 rod was a perfect fit! Perhaps the provided L107 rod doesn't fit in later model 4th Gen Rav4s due to a decision by Toyota, but if you have an issue with fitment, EOS Plates will help you out!

The pruduct is great. Unfortunately it doesn't fit my 2022 model.
