I found it very easy to assemble and it looks good and feels sturdy.

I had a brand new bumper cover painted and installed so I didn't want to drill any holes in it, especially since I'll be moving to a state that doesn't require a front plate. The only thing that was an issue for me was getting this to sit at the right angle and distance away from the bumper to not set off the sensors. So far so good during the day, however at night if there's a reflection of light bouncing off the surroundings and hitting the backside of the license plate, my sensors will sometimes go off.
