2012-17 Hyundai Veloster Tow Hook License Plate Mount Bracket Holder

Ordered a plate holder for my 2016 Veloster from the site. When the kit came the tow hook adaptor that scews into the two hook receiver in my car does not fit. The receiver is a smaller diameter than the adaptor so it will not screw in. I send an email to support and after a few exchanges, the person says that the adaptor is not compatible with my sub-model. I have a Veloster Turbo R-Spec. I was advised to reach out to another email address and an adaptor would be made for my car. Exchanged a few emails with that person who said I would need to send them my tow hook to make the adaptor. I ask for a shipping label and I am advised that I have to ship the hook on my own dime. I am not interested in paying more money for an item that is listed on their website for my car so I let him know I am not and I will just get a refund instead and buy from a different brand. I emailed support again and let them know that I would like a refund. They replied stating that I could ship the item back to them and I would be refunded. The experience is not great. I ordered an item that is listed for the model year and make of my car, but nowhere on the item description does it say that it will not fit my car. I was willing to send my tow hook to them so they could make an adapter since it would mean they would have the specs in case somebody else had the issue. Now I just want my money back so I can go order somewhere else. I also saw this item on Amazon and did not order from there came to their website instead. Regret doing that as Amazon would have refunded me and I could just go drop it off at the local return store. Giving them 2 stars because the quality of the item looks to be really good otherwise it would be one.
