shaft is too short for most applications

while the overall design is perfect, this product is unable to be installed on all 3 of the vehicles I purchased for without modifications or additional purchases due to the short shaft and how shallow it goes into the receiver not allowing it allow the securing pin to line up. The shaft only goes in 3 1/4" when it needs to be at least 3 3/4 or 4".

Very nice

This hitch was perfect for my front receiver on my UFORCE 1000, and if I use it on the rear, then I use my receiver extension along with, put, didn't want it protruding, so yes, it was a prefect toolfor the job, with the added bonus of a tow point.
