Poster damaged in transit

The large envelope used to mail this poster, when I received it, was folded in half at some point during the delivery process, The poster is basically unsuitable for framing: customer service was very helpful and indicated that another poster would be shipped. I suggested a mailing tube be used for shipment and the person I spoke with said they would convey that request, I live in Anchorage, Alaska and it has a ways to go to get here undamaged.
