Microcement Polished Concrete

Great product, easy to use !

I recently used Concrete Labs microcement kit to create a seamless wetroom and wash area and was extremely happy with the result. As a DIY customer with no previous experiences of using such products was initially aprehensive, but needn't have been. Concrete Labs videos prepared me well and the product itself was a joy to use. The result looks great, tough, seamless and practical. Really impressed !

Concrete Lab is the place to start and stay for Microcement DIY'ers. I've just finished a 35sqm project on my kitchen and living room floor, the product is excellent and really easy to work with. But what makes this brand so special are the videos and help they offer, I couldn't have taken this project on with confidence without that. Toby is always on hand to chat you through things, how rare is that these days? Highly recommend and will be using for the rest of my house renovation in the future.

The 5sqm kit is easier to mix than the 10sqm kit, which didn't mix as well and also starts going off before finished spreading on the wall, leaving rougher patches that can't be easily blended in. Also the sanding is very tedious and causes a lot of dust, something to be aware of.
