Organic Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

Excellent Balsamic Vinegar!

I am very picky about my balsamic vinegar and this is excellent! I normally used to only like the Costco Kirkland brand of Modena. I decided to give Enzo’s a try and now they are my first choice. The flavor is perfect for my salad dressings and the consistency is not watery - it’s just right. Highly recommend.
