Fits PERFECTLY on my 2005 RX-8, Included ALL hardware and a few spacers to get it to sit just right. None of the spacers were required for my car. Only thing that might be nice would be a bit of blue thread locker, but it all seems very snug 5 out of 5 experience, worth spending extra over the ebay knockoffs for sure!
