11 11 Fragrance Oil Rollerball

I received my rollerball and I absolutely love the scent but it arrived leaking. I reached out to the company and customer service replied almost immediately. Their customer service was excellent!! I sent them a quick picture and was immediately offered my choice of a replacement or a refund. I chose the replacement because like I said the fragrance is excellent. I find good customer service is hard to come by these days so I appreciate that this company cares about its customers

Absolutely love this fragrance! I smelled diptyque do son and lived the smell but it caused allergy issues. I asked chat gpt for something similar in smell but safe for sensitivity/allergies. It recommended this and i love it even more than Do Son and have no tolerance issues. Winner!!
