I have regularly ordered the afternoon tea hamper from Devon Heaven but have to say the last couple of times I have been disappointed by the scones. They are dry and the last pack of fruit scones were small and misshapen. The packaging seems less robust and although insulated I preferred the ice packs to keep items cool in transit.
