Horble communication but beautiful dress

I ordered my dress in September ordered a 6m dress. Once I realized it was going to take 8wks to come in I asked for a 9m romper to make sure it would fit for the photo shot I had planned. They agreed to send 9m. After 10wks I started to reach out to see how much longer it would be. I understand during the holidays it can take longer but just wanted to see when so I could set a date for pictures. Never heard back so at 12wks I put in a refund and surprise surprise my romper showed up on my door step with a over night sticker. I was so happy. Well I tried it on and its to small she is 7m and coming out of 3-6m clothing but 6-9m is to big. So reached out agin and still no answer. I lover supporting small shops I get all her stuff from them but this is one I won't be supporting. I spent 75 dollars on a romper I'll now have to sell for 25 or give away. And rebuy the dress to do the shoot I want to do to honor my great grandm that she is named after at a even later date then I had planned

Terrible experience

I have been waiting since the 1st September and I understand the timeframe but it’s way past the timeframe. I’ve tried reaching out through email and social media and haven’t got a response yet. There’s no way to get a refund for something I haven’t received. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted my daughter to wear it.
