Haitian Blue Mountain Direct Trade Coffee

Not a connoisseur but I like it

Okay, so I did a grocery store brand name in the red tin all during my working years. When I retired I started watching YouTube and ended up with a subscription that offered different coffee beans each month, offering everything from fruity to nutty, citrus to floral, chocolates and caramels. Over the course of the next year or so I’d had the opportunity to try many coffee types to determine what I liked best. The Blue Mountain coffees are definitely my jam; bold without bitterness with a bit of nuttiness. I also place value on the idea of direct trade. I believe in the value of my own labor and product and I’m not shy of extending that to the labor and product of others.

This was my first experience with Haitian Blue Mountain coffee - I always order my coffee WHOLE BEAN - I enjoy the process of grinding my beans and savoring the aroma as it brews from scratch - it just adds to the experience of drinking fresh coffee first thing in the morning and Haitian Blue Mountain is the perfect way to start the day!
