Blonde 'Lulu' bob wig, short: Agyness

It was a cute shape but very plasticcy and fake colour. Very much a fancy dress wig. I ended up sending it back, though the returns policy is a bit vague, I had to pay for postage back, include all my details on a piece of paper in the package. I know they’ve received my return and I’ve emailed them, but not heard anything back or received a refund yet.
