Squad Goals Amino Keratin Complex Conditioner

I thought I ordered 3 bottles of the leave in conditioner spray Third Wheel but I got 3 bottles of the Squad Goals hair conditioner instead. I want to return them, which are still in the original packaging but they won't let me. Very upset. Poor customer service as they have not responded to my emails. No other waynof contacting them!

Love this shampoo! Makes my hair shiny and soft!

I’ve bought this multiple times. It has always smelled so good. This time the shampoo smells like the bottom of a stale ashtray. I contacted the company and they will not respond. The conditioner smells wonderful as normal.
