I have ordered two puppets the first one I ordered was great my son loved it so I ordered him another one that was supposed to be his valentine for this past valentines was charged for the puppet and have never received the product and was never refunded. Finally end up receiving an email saying the company was under new ownership and they were not responsible for prior orders or refunds. In my opinion the puppet itself was great the company however I don’t trust after all they stole my money.
