Edwin Jagger Closed Comb DE87RC14BL Rubber Coated Ivory Razor

Another great Edwin Jagger razor

Edwin Jagger is known for their consistently excellent shaving products and this little gem is no exception. I found out about this particular model from a wet shaver's YouTube channel. It sports the common DE89 head, which is forgiving and predictable. What makes this razor stand out is it's unique handle. Unlike metal handles with knurling for grip this one has a nice grippy ribbed rubber sheath over most of the length. Even with wet fingers this razor will stay secure and won't slip. And the rubber has a nice soft and warm feel to it. Even if you own other Edwin Jagger razors like I do, this one is a nice change of pace for those harried mornings when you just want a safe efficient shave without worrying about fumbling and dropping the razor. The ivory colored ribbed handle looks great as well.
