Good selection and shipping time but not the best service

I received the item I ordered promptly, and it was well packaged with a nice personal note, good business. I also got a towel. I am unsure whether the product is faulty or not, I have not heard back about my email inquiry with shave nation regarding it.

I simply love this shave brush the best that I’ve used so far. It feels very soft on my face it builds a great shave lather and the barber chrome handle simply feels great to hold even with wet hands.
