Very sturdy.

I was surprised at how sturdy the stand is. More than satisfied.

I bought two gold and one silver, I believe. The silver one came and it was nice. Used it for a Merkur Futur. I also have the gold model of the Futur and liked the fit of the stand so I picked up the gold. First one came with some markings but I polished it off and it’s nice. Ordered another gold for my Merkur 34c… it came and looked beat up and tarnished. Polished it heavy duty. Came out ok but the plating is thin… caused discoloration due to the degree of polishing. 2/3 were good. Last one bothers me when I look at it. Sent an email yesterday. Still no response.
