This razor gives a phenomenal shave. From 1 to 5 and back, perfectly smooth operation. Nice heft and built like a tank. You'll be surprised how highly grippable the handle is, even when wet and even though it lacks knurling, and the cap alignment and adjustment dial calibration are spot-on.
