Fantastic for face lathering

This brush is perfect for face lathering. I routinely use a Simpsons Trafalgur T2 to bowl lather. I had acquired several soaps/creams that would work very well for face lathering. So I began searching for a brush with slightly more backbone for face lathering. The Simpsons Berkeley 46 was what I chose and it is perfect! It was exactly what I had in mind. Very pleased with my purchase.
