Horrendous customer service

Still have not received my fan after a month. Paid extra for faster shipping and still have not received my product. Emailed one stop rave to ask for a refund and I have been ignored on 3 emails that were sent out. Never got an email back about a refund or an update on my product arriving. Actually feel like I got scammed and would not recommend to anyone ever.
