It wasn't for me, but the Customer Service was phenomenal!

I was looking for something to use for my walking videos, and I thought this would work. I had about 2 dozen back and forth emails with Proaim with various questions over a month or so, and they were always very helpful. Ultimately, unfortunately, when I got it and tried it out, it just wasn't going to work for my purposes. But what customer service! They were super helpful with my returning it, paid the postage, and even after I said sorry it wasn't for me, they said no, no, don't be sorry!
