PMS Color Match (Per Color & Per Material)

Separate pieces - blue doesn't match

The display's backdrop looks great in the blue we provided. The table cover is visibly darker, so the two pieces don't match each other. Paid to have both match the color code we provided.

WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT

This banner is not acceptable. The color matching was great, but the whole banner was printed larger than the art provided and our logo is cut off at the top and the text is not right. I had sent a photo of a prototype that showed what we wanted and a proof was provided of which I shifted to provide better places for the type to be coordinated. It looks like you printed only the art in the yellow area, though the template states that the blue area does print.
