29/09/16. 1/- The order arrived today in good condition b/- other than the masking tape was not secure, exposing contents to all handlers. The green sticker on the package was disconcerting in that it denigned any responsibility for unsafe delivery. This appeared to put the onus on the customer for any damage or missing parts. In my opinion the notice should be more appropriately directed at the handlers/carriers and not the recipient.

The GlideMaster:registered: 12" Dual Jet Carpet Cleaning Wand is awesome. It's worth getting.
