Chroma Digitizing Software

Software is very easy to use. There’s lots of videos to watch if you get stuck on an element that you’re not sure of how to use very very nice software and and results are perfect.

Unsatisfied nothing as I thought and way too hard to use

I feel like I wasted a large amount of money. I mostly bought this for applique and apparently I'll have to upgrade, same amount of money to be able to do that, double. It's so hard ti learn. I scheduled a training, but it was canceled the same day and I took off early to attend. I emailed the person that emailed me, about another training... because when I tried to look to set up another training, there wasn't anything available. I emailed her again and she never replied. I have now given up never trying it again. I really wish I could get a total refund. Way too much, it's not easy to learn, not what I thought and it's not easy to get the trainings. Very unhappy.

Chroma NOT user friendly

This software is not intuitive, it’s not very user-friendly, the tutorials are created by other users, and not by experts. I would never purchase this again, and I wouldn’t recommend anybody purchase it.
