Early days yet as I have only just received my set a couple of weeks ago! in saying that, within a week of using the single mediball it has made a difference and I am happy with the results so far!

Very Hopeful
I have only been using for 10 days so cannot give a real opinion. I hope they will do the job. They are easy to use - I am only on the single at the moment.
