Beautiful Album and Exceptional Customer Service

When my album was delivered, it was even more elegant in person than in photos, however it had been damaged in shipping. I sent an email after hours to the company and got an immediate response, apologizing and asking me to send a few photos so the issue could be understood. Again, I received an immediate response, telling me that I would be send a new album right away. I am so impressed with the company, that I will go out of my way to purchase their products as gifts for others in the future. I should also note, that I never write reviews.

Beautiful quality as always...

I have many albums from this company and the quality of the albums are impeccable. My only disappointment is that the company has discontinued the printed fabrics for the 12"X12" size which were so fun to pick out. The solid colors featured are pretty but I preferred the fun prints that used to be offered.
